The Partner Program Operations Specialist assists in the implementation and execution of our channel program strategy, powering partner onboarding, operations, and ongoing success. This role provides hands-on guidance to program administrators and ensures partner programs are efficient, scalable, and aligned with channel needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-4 years in sales, customer service, sales operations, or business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Query Management: Manage and respond to partner and internal inquiries across regions. Communicate program details, products, and procedures to partners and internal sales teams. Collaborate with channel program administrators and cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues. Review, approve, and escalate partner claims as needed.
  • Rebate Management: Process rebate calculations using standardized templates. Validate documentation and ensure accurate, timely partner payments. Facilitate rebate payouts and optimize rebate processes in alignment with partner agreements.
  • Lifecycle Management: Processes new partner applications and facilitates the on-boarding process for new partner companies to the program Updates, tracks and maintains partners’ data, activity, etc. in the partner portal for their duration in the program Support program development, process design, maintenance, training, and tools for channel partners.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Run and evaluate reports to support program optimization and decision-making.

  • Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
