About The Position

Summary Drive growth by leveraging Key channel partners to generate opportunities, and take ownership of those opportunities within their assigned seat count limit (valuable end customers). Manage engagement with partners (standard and MSP) across all elements with support from senior colleagues/manager. Actively drive and leverage WSA (for new logo and for existing business). Job description FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Conduct detailed market research, identify and utilize WSA with support of more experienced colleagues. • Drive key initiatives and strategies independently to increase market share. • Profile major accounts and drive deeper revenue opportunities. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior management within channel accounts to ensure awareness of ESET capabilities and value-added technologies. • Engage with Partners externally and be the point of primary contact. • Define and execute business plans including Quarterly Business Reviews to deepen our traction with partners. • Collaborate with and support the wider sales teams and senior management in addition to marketing initiatives to maximize pull-through content. • Maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base by promoting value-added solutions. • Work closely with sales teams to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, are forecasted, competitively priced and are submitted on time. • Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs. • Perform weekly forecasting with accurency. • Work with other teams to develop the business on all products with the channel. • Hunt, Recruit, enable and develop targeted Distributors, Resellers and System Integrators. • Identify opportunities for improving partner performance and implement strategies to address these. • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage. • Utilize advanced CRM tools to maintain detailed records of partner activities, sales performance, and pipeline status. • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets • Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results. • Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent is desirable
  • 3 A-levels (or equivalent) ideally in business related subjects
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English ( high school)
  • Years of work experience: 6
  • English – B2
  • Fast thinking and adaptable
  • Ability to learn and retain information
  • Good self-management, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure
  • Negotiation and presentation skill
