This role is at the heart of partner program execution and analytics, driving measurable outcomes across the Americas region. You will transform partner motions into actionable dashboards, repeatable processes, and clear performance insights that empower both sellers and leadership. The position demands a data-forward, highly organized professional capable of turning ambiguous challenges into structured metrics, reporting, and operational cadence. You will collaborate across sales, GTM operations, and data teams to improve data quality, optimize workflows, and ensure program health and adoption. This is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from first principles, driving operational excellence, and elevating program effectiveness through analytics and process rigor. Strong technical acumen, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, operations, program management, revenue operations, or a similar GTM role.
  • Hands-on analytics skills, including strong proficiency with Salesforce and SQL (or equivalent), with experience building dashboards for operators and sellers.
  • Comfortable working across imperfect data sources and improving data definitions and hygiene over time.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional operating cadences, including workflow setup, stakeholder alignment, action tracking, and outcome delivery.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating operating notes, metric definitions, templates, and status updates.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems (SIs, ISVs, platforms) and co-sell/co-deliver motions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for partner program health, including adoption, partner-sourced inputs, play performance, and incentives throughput.
  • Define metrics, data models, and documentation to ensure reporting is trusted, repeatable, and actionable.
  • Develop seller-facing reporting experiences that make partner signals actionable at the account level.
  • Collaborate with GTM operations and data owners to improve data availability, correctness, and fill gaps.
  • Own program operating interfaces with sales development representatives, establishing intake standards, routing rules, play briefs, QA loops, and performance readouts.
  • Track and operationalize partner-ready sales plays end-to-end, maintaining consistent monitoring and improvement cadence.
  • Streamline incentive and funding request processes via templates, completeness checks, and tracking to unblock execution.
  • Proactively identify at-risk program or analytics work and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery and data quality.
