About The Position

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Partner Programs leader for Compute and Hybrid Cloud to join our Partner Programs team. This role is essential to the success of both the Partner Programs and the Compute and Hybrid Cloud Business Units, acting as the link that aligns partner strategies with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compute and Hybrid Cloud technologies, extensive experience within partner ecosystems, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders to invest in channel-ready solutions that provide measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with compute, hybrid cloud, or infrastructure technology with a strong background in programs, channel sales and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Compute and Hybrid Cloud technologies, including servers, Hybrid Cloud, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing incentive structures and partner enablement programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, backed by a proven record of influencing senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and lead through influence.

Responsibilities

  • Business Unit Liaison & Advocacy Act as the primary liaison between the Partner Program team and the Compute and Hybrid Cloud Business Units, ensuring BU priorities are included in the design and execution of the partner program.
  • Advocate for partner program investment among BU leadership by demonstrating how significant investments in partners and programs can expand market reach and improve customer lifecycle success.
  • Lead the driving of partner adoption and growth across all regions, covering Hybrid Cloud and Compute Competencies. This includes evangelizing their value and working with regional partners and programs teams to boost adoption of the Competencies.
  • Engage with VP and senior product leaders to promote the partner program as a key growth driver for compute solutions.
  • Convince BU decision-makers to prioritize partner enablement and investment by showcasing data-driven success and market impact.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to set the direction and standards for offerings that are optimized for partner delivery—ensuring scalability, repeatability, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Help partners develop service practices that boost customer success and foster deeper engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze BU feedback to inform program development, incentive plans, and partner collaboration strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the partner program remains unique and aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Analyze partner performance and the adoption of compute/hybrid cloud solutions, including encouraging Center of Competency adoption across the channel to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Create engaging content and presentations that highlight the value and impact of the partner ecosystem to both internal and external stakeholders.
