Requirements

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Advanced knowledge of the program management life cycle, delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and infrastructure concepts such as compute resource management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Proven ability to lead technical program management activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, with a focus on infrastructure products and services.
Demonstrated success in managing and implementing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives for large-scale infrastructure environments.
Proven ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient, and stable compute infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and integrate emerging compute capabilities (e.g., hybrid cloud, edge computing, hardware acceleration) into program roadmaps.
Own, maintain, and develop program backlogs that support the strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on infrastructure features and enhancements.
Track key program metrics such as cost, capacity, utilization, risk posture, reliability, and performance indicators.
Guide successful program launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for mission-critical infrastructure services.
Provide thought leadership to partners and drive adoption of best-in-class program management and planning processes within the Compute Infrastructure domain.
Coordinate preparation, logistics, and material development for quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders across the product and technology ecosystem.
Monitor program progress, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reliability, and impact.
