About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to support Qlik by guiding their distributor(s) through successful marketing initiatives. This role is a dynamic blend of digital marketing, client success, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication. You’ll work directly with a select group of distributors to align their marketing strategies with Qlik business objectives, drive demand, and accelerate growth, while also working with various teams and building relationships across the program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and demand generation.
  • Background in B2B marketing or agency environments and experience in the tech channel (working with Distributors, SI’s, OEM’s, etc.) is required.
  • Proven success in developing and executing joint GTM strategies.
  • Organization and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset—you enjoy measuring performance and optimizing for better results.
  • Excellent communicator with confidence in both client-facing conversations and internal collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to distributor(s)—helping them build and execute effective joint go-to-market plans and initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day distributor relationships through weekly check-ins, email communications, and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendor, agency, and distributor contacts to establish trust, drive collaboration, and support scalable growth.
  • Liaise and collaborate with Qlik North America team (Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, PAMs) on Marketing Calendar and marketing activities in North America.
  • Inspire distributor(s) to engage in marketing programs that deliver results, leveraging both internal tools and external agencies.
  • Work with distributor(s) on partner recruitment activities for North America.
  • Guide distributor(s) through the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including working with third-party agencies, gathering PoP, and measuring ROI.
  • Collaborate with clients and distributor(s) to drive partner pipeline creation goal with Distribution Resellers in North America, report on marketing performance, and ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with distributor(s) to drive awareness and adoption of Qlik Campaign Central and other platforms and tools.
  • Create clear, compelling marketing briefs and presentations to drive program adoption and distributor enablement.
