About the Role & Team Amplitude is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing calendar and event execution for our named US partners. Reporting to the Head of Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for a defined set of strategic partners — driving joint go-to-market programs that build pipeline and accelerate revenue. This role demands equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in partner marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning partner marketing programs end-to-end, including event management, co-marketing, and demand generation.
  • A strong track record of working directly with partner sales teams and external partner stakeholders to drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting marketing performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner marketing calendar for named US partners, including full lifecycle event execution from planning through post-event reporting.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM programs — field events, digital activations, and co-branded campaigns — in close collaboration with Partner Sales and partner marketing counterparts.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Partner Sales and internal teams (Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Communications) to ensure partner programs are well-resourced and aligned to revenue goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partner marketing teams, developing joint messaging, campaign assets, and go-to-market narratives.
  • Own program budgets for a defined set of named partners, tracking spend and optimizing allocation against pipeline contribution.
  • Report on partner marketing KPIs, delivering regular performance updates to leadership with actionable recommendations.
