Our partner managers build and strengthen relationships with business partners and systems integrators to collaboratively sell and promote the adoption of Esri’s technology. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, business development, or related field
  • Foundational understanding of solution selling and value-based sales approaches
  • Experience supporting pipeline management activities using CRM tools
  • Familiarity with co-sell or reseller sales motions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to market or competitive analysis concepts
  • Technical familiarity with enterprise software platforms
  • Familiarity with Esri technology in support of partner campaigns across the lifecycle (planning, targeting, analysis, communications)
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Support Partner Relationships. Build productive working relationships with assigned partners and serve as a day-to-day point of contact. Facilitate communication between internal teams and partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and activities. Respond to partner requests and support issue resolution to maintain service levels and trust.
  • Contribute to Pipeline & Revenue Growth. Support partner-influenced and partner-supported opportunities through coordinated execution of co-sell activities. Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools and established pipeline management processes. Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular updates on deal progression.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Activities. Assist in executing defined GTM and co-sell motions aligned to regional or industry priorities. Coordinate enablement sessions and communications to ensure partners understand Esri offerings, messaging, and sales processes. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Apply Foundational Solution Selling. Identify customer needs and articulate the value of Esri’s core products and services in moderate-complexity situations. Support joint account planning efforts and contribute to business planning activities, including market and competitive analysis. Build trust-based relationships focused on long-term customer value.
  • Operate with Discipline & Professionalism. Use established methodologies and tools to manage activities, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. Participate in structured planning and change processes while maintaining high levels of professionalism in all partner and internal interactions.
