About The Position

The Manager - Partner Management is responsible for the long-term success, health, and commercial growth of our strategic partner portfolio. Reporting directly to the VP of Partner Management, you will be the primary business owner for our existing partnerships. Your mission is to act as a growth catalyst—deepening executive-level relationships, significantly increasing partner product penetration within our customer base, and ensuring all budgeted revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to "farm" existing accounts/partnerships to drive significant incremental value and penetration.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to command a room and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development.
  • A proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio and hitting aggressive revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated lead for our existing partner ecosystem, fostering deep, long-term collaboration and alignment.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify expansion opportunities, and resolve high-level blockers.
  • Drive Product Penetration: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase the adoption and "stickiness" of partner solutions within our current customer accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify untapped market segments for existing partner offerings.
  • Revenue & Budget Accountability: Take full ownership of the revenue targets for the assigned partner portfolio.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress against budgeted financial goals.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Continuously assess the value-add of each partnership, ensuring they contribute to the company's overall "Expansion Market" objectives.
  • Advocate for the partner within the organization to ensure their solutions are positioned effectively for maximum market impact.
