This role is within Chamberlain Group's -Partner Engagement and Loyalty team. A successful incumbent is responsible for supporting partner communications and ensuring that voice of partner is heard and reflected in all communications and throughout our program benefit offering. This individual will be required to (i) support partner communications across online and offline channels that increases customer engagement and drives desired behaviors that support business priorities (ii) be a consistent “Voice of the Customer” to the business units- by supporting partner councils and NPS reporting, (iii) assist with program benefits execution while monitoring utilization.
