About The Position

We are seeking a proactive Partner Engagement Specialist to support the planning and execution of global to-partner engagement initiatives. This role serves as a central coordination point for managing partner experience and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent, high-quality delivery across all partner touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with marketing leads, regional partner teams, and events stakeholders to support the execution of to-partner initiatives - ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with SAP's brand and partner experience standards.
• Manage intake and routing of partner event requests across global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with event governance frameworks.
• Assist in testing, publishing, and quality assurance for partner-facing digital updates and experiences.
• Maintain master source of truth for partner events and digital to-partner promotions to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to help ensure smooth execution from planning through delivery.
