About The Position

As a Partner Delivery & Business Development Manager, you will help ensure Fiserv’s service delivery processes and client interactions are top-notch. You will be responsible for supporting the Partner Delivery & Business Director in liaison with CardConnect agents to aid with solutioning, onboarding, activation, support and escalations for Integrations through the Agent partner channel. Process includes multiple functions to support Agent partners with integrated solutions and partnerships. This role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of service management practices, driving high client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operations. The team focuses on enhancing client experiences and streamlining service operations for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in incident and problem management
  • 2+ years of experience in service delivery
  • 3+ years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.
  • Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.
  • Ability to travel 20%
