What You'll Bring Required: Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or corporate sustainability leadership. Proven track record with Fortune 500 firms including oil and gas, chemical, mining, power, infrastructure, technology and/or manufacturing sectors. Demonstrable success in delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales and winning strategic portfolios. Expertise in climate strategy, carbon accounting, risk assessment, and disclosure frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CDP, SASB). Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior executives on ESG priorities. Preferred: Recognized thought leader with established marketplace reputation. Experience advising on net-zero and science-based target setting, decarbonization strategies, and investor engagement. Ability to lead large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand strategic client relationships across North America. For the Partner, Decarbonization Strategy & Implementation position, the anticipated annual base pay is $181,000 to $244,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). Requirements
