Orange Barrel Media is seeking a Partner Content Manager to own and elevate the content experience across our IKE kiosk networks. This role will serve as the strategic hub for how cities and partners engage with the IKE platform—from promoting local content to public-benefit applications, photobooth frames, neighborhood spotlights, and more. Working within the Client & Creative Services (CCS) team, this role blends content strategy, partner-facing consultation, problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, fresh approach to city partner engagement—identifying new ideas, building thoughtful content experiences, and ensuring all creative meets IKE standards, policy guidelines, and technical specifications. This person will also collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support partner success and maintain strong relationships across all IKE markets.

  • Content Strategy, Management & Refresh Cycles Oversee the strategy and partner-specific content across our IKE network including: partner advertisements, poster application content, photobooth frames, posters, and seasonal programming. Creating templates and coordinating with the Creative team when higher-level design is needed. Lead content refresh cycles to ensure each city's IKE network remains timely, engaging, and aligned with local priorities. Identify and pitch new, proactive program ideas to help cities and partners fully leverage the IKE platform. Support the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of current partner content intake processes by helping keep content information, documentation, and project details up to date in partnership with Client & Creative Operations.
  • Partner Consultation & Support Serve as the primary consultative resource to our partners -explaining the full suite of IKE applications and how to best utilize them. Guide partners on content building, technical specifications, best practices, and creative opportunities unique to the IKE environment. Determine when to independently make content decisions vs.when to escalate or loop in the Business Development team to maintain strong partner alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Approvals Partner with Digital Content Scheduling to ensure content is refreshed and collaborate with Creative when new creative production or asset updates are required. Support content-restriction updates driven by federal, state, local, lease, or partner-requested changes; communicate updates to relevant teams; and assist with annual competitor-restriction reviews.
  • Reporting, Insights & Performance Monitoring Build quarterly reports for Business Development featuring unique content activations, partner utilization highlights, public-benefit programming wins, and creative ideas implemented each quarter. Partner with the Sales team on impression pulls and campaign value for performance visibility. Identify patterns, opportunities, and recommendations for improving partner engagement and network programming.
  • Quality Assurance & Problem Solving Troubleshoot content-related issues on the kiosks, partnering with internal teams to resolve challenges quickly. Maintain high attention to detail across specs, file types, scheduling, and kiosk useage performance. Apply a strategic lens to all content decisions to ensure they support partner goals, city priorities, and OBM/IKE brand standards.
  • Comfortable working in a CMS platform.
  • Experienced with project and workflow management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms) and able to manage tasks, track content progress, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Familiarity with basic creative tools (such as Canva or template-based platforms) and the ability to review file types, specs, and technical requirements.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, account management, or digital media roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital content development, creative workflows, user experience, and marketing principles.
  • Naturally a consultative communicator, can confidently guide partners, explain technical concepts, and nurture strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, re-prioritize, and manage shifting timelines across many stakeholders.
  • A proactive thinker who looks ahead, anticipates needs, and generates fresh ideas rather than waiting for direction.
  • Highly skilled at problem solving, decision-making, and knowing when to escalate vs. move forward independently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating between Business Development, CCS, and Sales teams.
  • Detail oriented, strategic, and energized by building something new at OBM.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite a plus.
