About The Position

As a Partner Business Development Manager at Insight, you will build and strengthen relationships with strategic vendor partners to drive pipeline growth and sales results. You will collaborate closely with inside and field sales teams, lead partner programs and campaigns, and track performance through reporting on opportunities, wins, and market insights. This role plays a key part in identifying new growth opportunities, enabling partner alignment, and accelerating revenue through effective partnership execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 5-7+ years of related professional work experience and/or training.
  • 5+ years of related IT sales experience and vendor knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with vendor partners to strengthen relationships, facilitating partnering activities and programs resulting in positive sales growth.
  • Meet sales and activity performance goals, including pipeline reports by opportunity.
  • Communicate monthly summaries of wins, losses, inhibitors, and net-new opportunities to management.
  • Maintain direct communications with inside and field sales management, promoting collaboration with partner sales teams through face-to-face or virtual meetings.
  • Implement internally created call campaigns using business intelligence to identify new areas of opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign success.
