Build trusted partnerships by providing accurate and timely communication, guidance, and assistance regarding the organization's product and services. Respond to inquiries from partners, understand their questions, assess their business needs, and promote Global Payments’ solutions as alternative products or services. Collaborate with internal teams and apply creative problem-solving skills on technical problems and process gaps and follow through to ensure outstanding issues are resolved.
