About The Position

In this role, you will manage and grow strategic partnerships, acting as the primary liaison between the company and its key partners. You will drive revenue, ensure partner satisfaction, and support the execution of partnership initiatives across multiple departments. The position requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and operational follow-through, ensuring that partnerships deliver maximum value. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to navigate complex deals, resolve challenges, and optimize partnership performance. This role offers an opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while making a tangible impact on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner or channel sales within B2B software or SaaS
  • Proven track record growing partner ecosystems and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Strong initiative and ability to build processes in ambiguous or undefined environments
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner economic models
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and related CRM tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required
  • Comfortable pivoting and adapting in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies with clear goals, milestones, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and leadership teams to drive deal execution
  • Provide operational support across partnerships, including approvals, proposals, enablements, and marketing initiatives
  • Present the company’s value proposition to partners and executive stakeholders
  • Track partnership performance and implement process improvements to maximize impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, anticipating needs and providing solutions proactively
