Vehlo is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and results-oriented relationship builder with the thirst to be in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. The Partner Account Manager (PAM) reports to the VP of Partner Management is responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the Vehlo Partner ecosystem in their assigned portfolio, as part of the Partner Team. The PAM position spans a range of go-to-market initiatives and partnering motions in managing partner relationships to drive business flow to Vehlo. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated with a “team player” attitude, a “winning” mindset and a bias for “accountability” will be successful in this role.

  • Establish and grow new partnerships within the auto care industry (Referral, Co-Sell and Reseller types).
  • Nurture and develop a portfolio of existing Partner relationships with emphasis on business development and top-of-funnel pipeline creation to exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Generate inbound leads through proactive engagement and joint go-to-market demand gen.
  • Maintain and nurture the partner lead pipeline, in collaboration with Partners and Vehlo sales.
  • Provide deal support to Sales as needed, by engaging Partner leads
  • Identify, evaluate and sign new Partner prospects into the Vehlo Partner ecosystem.
  • Ensure assigned Partners are onboarded and maintain required training, by collaborating with Enablement, Operations and other cross-team functional areas
  • Establish annual and quarterly plans with assigned partners to meet stated business goals
  • Track, trend, and report on identified channel metrics as part of a regular cadence
  • Travel to Partner locations or events/meetings, as needed
  • Ability to flourish in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Self-starter skills to work independently and in collaborative team settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high ability to communicate (verbal and written) at all levels.
  • Ability to absorb knowledge quickly and thrive in growth-focused, changing environment
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and proactive in following tasks through to completion.
  • Sense of urgency and can gracefully juggle varying Partner needs.
  • At least 5 years experience in a partner management or channel development role.
  • Proven understanding of various partner motions (Referral, Co-Sell, Resell).
  • A successful track record partner lead generation and bookings to meet/exceed targets
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple relationships to desired metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce CRM.
  • Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approx. 10%)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of using outbound automation tools like Gong or Salesloft
  • Highly capable skills in engaging over video (Zoom) conference (and in person)
