As a Partner Account Manager – Manufacturing Operations, you will play a strategic role in expanding this impact by building and enabling a high-performing Prolink partner ecosystem within your assigned region. You’ll identify, recruit, and develop precision metrology, inspection, and manufacturing technology partners who can bring Minitab’s Prolink solutions to market, while creating strong, revenue-generating relationships aligned to our global go-to-market strategy. This role goes beyond transactional channel management. You will collaborate with precision metrology dealers, system integrators, operations technology providers, manufacturing data consultants, OEMs, and value-added resellers to embed Minitab’s Prolink platform into broader manufacturing modernization, quality management, and real-time data initiatives. By aligning partner capabilities with Minitab’s value-based delivery approach, you’ll help scale recurring and new business revenue across industrial markets. You won’t simply manage partner accounts—you will architect regional partner strategies, develop joint business plans, drive enablement programs, and actively support co-selling efforts. Working closely with internal direct sales and services teams, you will help operationalize new business opportunities, support key renewals, track and influence partner pipelines, and leverage existing partner customer bases to accelerate growth.
