About The Position
Interested in a career within the retirement plan industry? Alliance Pension Consultants is seeking a Participant Support Representative! Highlights: Alliance provides comprehensive consulting and retirement plan administration services. Work with a team that has been dedicated to understanding its clients’ business needs for over 45 years! How You Will Contribute: Navigate inbound and outbound participant calls in a professional, timely and friendly manner. Showcase adaptive problem-solving skills. Work closely with Retirement Plan Associate team to deliver top notch service. Develop skills in distribution processing, loan initiation and statement production.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- The ability to troubleshoot and follow up on participant issues
Responsibilities
- Navigate inbound and outbound participant calls in a professional, timely and friendly manner.

- Work closely with Retirement Plan Associate team to deliver top notch service.
