Your Role We are seeking a reliable individual to participate as an observer in an upcoming utilization study in Irvine, CA. This short-term assignment involves collecting observational data using an iPad while walking continuously throughout the workday. This is a full-time 5.5 day assignment with half day training on January 23, 2026 and the study running from January 26, 2026 through January 30, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the assignment. What You Will Do Attend a half‑day training session on January 23rd at our client site in Irvine, CA Participate in a 5-day observation from January 26th to January 30th Walk continuously for up to 8 hours per day (every 1 hour), observing and recording data Accurately input observational information into an iPad, observational data includes observing office employees, how many people in a space, and the types of activities engaged in Maintain strong attention to detail and follow all study protocols Show consistent punctuality and reliability for the entire study period Your Qualifications At least 1 year of professional experience Ability to walk continuously for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Proficiency using an iPad or similar tablet Availability for the entire training and study schedule Willingness to sign an NDA Dependable and able to follow structured processes High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency The base salary will be estimated between $25 - $30 per hour contingent on relevant experience.
