Salt Lake City is looking for Hourly YouthCity Elementary Program Instructor's to provide supervision for elementary school-age youth and the implementation of YouthCity program goals. About the Position: This role requires teaching in an out-of-school-time setting, program implementation, communication with program staff, data collection and developing strategies to meet and exceed all organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a High School graduate or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age. Experience working with school-aged children and/or other related experience is preferred. Grant Funded Position: This is a grant-funded, at-will position. The current end date for this grant is June 30, 2026, meaning your employment will end by no later than that date. If additional grant funding is secured, your employment may be extended. About the Team: We are hiring staff to work at all seven school-age locations. Teams of Instructors report to a full-time Senior Community Programs Manager who oversees each location.
