About The Position

As a Part‑Time Warehouse Associate at GALLS, you will support various Inbound and Outbound warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Associates may rotate through multiple warehouse functions based on business needs and shift assignment. Choose the schedule that works best for you: Morning: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Monday - Friday Midday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday Evening: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required for motivated candidates
Basic computer skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, physical environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Reliable attendance during scheduled part‑time shift

Responsibilities

Receive, count, and sort merchandise by location, product number, and description
Store products on shelves based on identifying details (style, size, color, material)
Replenish active picking locations to support order fulfillment
Print and sort pick tickets by warehouse zone
Pick customer orders using RF Gun and/or pick pack sheets, ensuring accuracy
Pack orders, construct boxes, apply labels, and place packages on conveyor lines
Conduct random audits to ensure 100% order quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA regulations
Work collaboratively to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
