Requirements

A positive, helpful attitude and strong communication skills
Interest in the financial services industry
Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfort with basic technology and computer systems
High school diploma or GED (current college students welcome!)
6 months–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, financial services, or a related field - or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, helpful support to members in person and over the phone
Build strong relationships and deliver an excellent member experience
Recommend financial products and services that improve members' lives
Handle a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and card services
Assist with account updates and member problem resolution
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous learning opportunities
Support branch operations, including balancing cash, scanning documents, and general upkeep
