OES Global is a fast-growing, multi-brand B2B e-commerce company based in Pompano Beach, Florida. We serve customers nationwide across safety, industrial, parking, hydration, and event-focused product lines. We move fast, we build smart systems, and we believe great training drives great execution. We are looking for a Part-Time Training Coordinator with sales knowledge who can take ownership , work independently, and build a consistent, structured training plan —not just talk about it. This is a hands-on, project-based role with ongoing responsibility. Perfect for someone who loves building systems, understands sales realities, and knows how to turn knowledge into action.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, sales support, training, or enablement (B2B preferred)
  • Confident communicator who can explain concepts clearly and practically
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong project ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to balance project-based work with ongoing consistency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Based in or near Pompano Beach, FL (on-site collaboration required)

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of training initiatives across sales, customer experience, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain structured training plans (onboarding, refreshers, product knowledge, sales skills)
  • Create clear, usable training materials (guides, checklists, SOPs, short videos, presentations)
  • Work closely with leadership to align training with revenue goals, customer experience standards, and execution speed
  • Ensure training is consistent, repeatable, and actually used —not shelfware
  • Support sales enablement: product knowledge, objection handling, process flow, CRM usage, follow-up discipline
  • Roll out training in phases and manage timelines independently
  • Continuously improve training based on feedback, performance gaps, and company growth
