About The Position

This posting is for a part-time, 12-month non-exempt position. The Part-Time Findlay Family YMCA Tennis Pro will work with the Head Tennis Pro and the management staff at the YMCA to operate a robust tennis program for the community at the YMCA.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• This position requires regular, predictable, reliable attendance.
• Candidate must be available Sunday-Saturday.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group lessons for adults and juniors.
• Teach adult drills ranging in NTRP level from 2.5-5.0.
• Instructs junior and adult tennis lessons, including but not limited to private lessons, camps, clinics, USTA team practices and new member evaluations.
• Participate in the public relations & promotion of the YMCA Tennis Programs and The University of Findlay Tennis Programs.
• Ability to teach players of all ages and ability levels.
• Perform all other duties deemed appropriate for the position.
