Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Temporary Supplemental Instruction Facilitator on the Oconee campus. SI Facilitators are paired with a course in which they have successfully completed and are responsible for leading weekly peer-facilitated sessions for the assigned course determined by DWF rates of 30% or higher.

Requirements

Ability to effectively manage groups.
Knowledge of assigned course material.
High school diploma/GED required.

Nice To Haves

1+ semester Supplemental Instruction facilitator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate two (2-4) SI sessions and/or office hours per week that pertain to current subject material for SI course.
Plan SI sessions for facilitated group learning.
Attend lecture to relearn course material.
Participate in Staff Development Activities throughout the semester, including ongoing training.
Additional administrative responsibilities.
