Responsibilities

- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial alternatives.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff or PNC ecosystem partners.
- Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions.
Requirements
- No formal education required; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience may be considered.
- No prior experience required; roles at this level typically do not require significant product knowledge.
