The Part-Time Teller at Rally Credit Union is responsible for performing transactional duties to serve members with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and promoting credit union products and services. The teller will provide excellent member service, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures while fostering positive relationships with members.

Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds accurately.
Maintain accurate transactional records and balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
Provide account services such as receiving deposits, cashing checks, and processing withdrawals.
Cross-sell and promote credit union products and services to members.
Ensure compliance with security and internal control procedures, including mandatory training and adherence to policies.
Research and resolve discrepancies in transactions and report to the supervisor as necessary.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services.
Assist in stocking teller station with necessary forms and supplies.

High school diploma or GED is required.
Six months of cash handling or cross-selling experience is preferred.
Strong communication and mathematical skills are necessary.
Ability to engage in relationship building and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Familiarity with credit union products and services.
