  • Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service.
  • Meet established Credit Union and Branch goals for internal and external sales.
  • Build rapport with members to cross-sell financial products and services.
  • Accurately and efficiently process routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
  • Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week Monday through Friday between 11:45am - 6:15pm and Saturdays 8:45am - 1:15pm.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit with a specified end date).
  • One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.
  • One year of cash handling experience, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales, preferred.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
  • Good decision-making skills and judgement.
  • Ability to perform calculations and proficiency in basic math skills.
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse membership and employee population.
