The teller will also perform lobby engagement activities, educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, and apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems. Adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate daily operations are also key aspects. PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, understanding customer needs to create customized solutions, and adept at managing risk in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
