About The Position
Part-Time Floating Teller Locations: Lakeville, Prior Lake, Elko New Market Hours: 15–20/week • Must be able to open/close • 2–3 Saturdays/month Travel: Work at any of our 3 branches as needed About New Market Bank We are a Family owned community bank built on Respect, Integrity, and Passion. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Teller experience preferred; or 6–12 months cashiering
- Detail‑oriented, organized, able to work independently
- High school diploma/GED
- Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Office skills; Jack Henry a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle teller transactions and daily balancing
- Provide excellent in‑person and phone service
- Explain bank products/services
- Identify referral opportunities
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Open/close the branch as scheduled
- Support Bank Secrecy Act requirements
