Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Part-Time Teller / Member Service Representative to join the team at our Key Center Branch. Requirements

  • One-year experience in a customer service position required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be bondable
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available
  • Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist our members with financial transactions
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Build relationships
  • Provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service
