As a Part Time within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Middleburg Heights, OH. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It includes processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives for financial interactions, identifying banking opportunities, and making appropriate referrals to branch staff. The position also involves performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources, and applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Employees are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC employees are expected to be Customer Focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Responsibilities

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
