As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Lubbock 82nd & Nashville Branch, you will be based in Lubbock, TX. Bilingual Spanish - Preferred. The Part Time Teller delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. This role involves processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives for financial interactions, and identifying banking opportunities for appropriate referrals to branch staff. Responsibilities also include performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, positioning PNC products, and educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources. The teller applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, adheres to all policies and procedures, and ensures efficient and accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions. PNC employees are expected to be Customer Focused and skilled in Managing Risk.

Requirements

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma, GED, or any significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
Prior experience is not required.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Processes a variety of customer interactions.
Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
