About The Position

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller / Member Service Representative for its Auburn Branch. Requirements

  • One-year experience in a customer service position
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be bondable
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available
  • Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with financial transactions
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Build relationships with members
  • Provide information on account status, balances, and loan details
  • Deliver exceptional member service
