Responsibilities

Greeting every guest like they’re family — with energy and enthusiasm
Sharing the Orangetheory story and walking new visitors through their first experience
Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing top-notch service
Giving studio tours and helping people feel comfortable and excited
Supporting our coaches during intro workouts
Selling memberships and following up with potential clients
Helping with local outreach and marketing events
Keeping the studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready to wow
