The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you will be pursuing a STEM-related degree, or pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or data science; others may apply
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S local accredited college/university
  • Graduation date of December 2027 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Available to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
  • Available to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
  • Must be able to commute to the work location on scheduled workdays (Note: Relocation assistance is not provided)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of computer programming languages such as SQL and Python and reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to analytically interpret data.
  • Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Experience using engineering tools, systems, and databases.
  • Self-starter with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support to various warehouse departments and operations.
  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and projects to drive improvements in key business metrics.
  • Create and maintain standard work documentation for warehouse processes.
  • Analyze data and create reports or visualizations to support operations.
  • Design warehouse layouts for optimal material flow and reduction of travel.
  • Assist with establishing labor standards including industrial time study
