Requirements

Ideally, you will be pursuing a STEM-related degree, or pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or data science; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S local accredited college/university
Graduation date of December 2027 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
Available to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
Must be able to commute to the work location on scheduled workdays (Note: Relocation assistance is not provided)
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of computer programming languages such as SQL and Python and reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to analytically interpret data.
Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools such as AutoCAD.
Experience using engineering tools, systems, and databases.
Self-starter with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to various warehouse departments and operations.
Support Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and projects to drive improvements in key business metrics.
Create and maintain standard work documentation for warehouse processes.
Analyze data and create reports or visualizations to support operations.
Design warehouse layouts for optimal material flow and reduction of travel.
Assist with establishing labor standards including industrial time study
