About The Position

In this role, you will protect Kohl’s reputation and deliver excellent customer service through pricing and signing integrity. You will work closely with associates while sharing information with store leaders and corporate partners to ensure the accuracy and proper execution of pricing and signing. This role reports directly to store leadership.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Must be 18 years of age or older
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” Section.
Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs.
Ability to comply with dress code requirements.
Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the company.
Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (up to 8 hours).
Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
Ability to comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Execute daily processes and reporting to respond to and correct sign exceptions and pricing issues
Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
Communicate pricing and signing issues to store leaders and corporate partners
Maintain records (e.g. Pricing Accuracy Binder) according to company guidelines
Partner with the merchandising and operations teams to ensure pricing and signing is executed accurately as part of the sales floor merchandising process
Execute pricing audits based on company direction to include correct ticketing of inventory located in the stockroom, on the sales floor and customer service areas and marking workload complete when done
Monitor and inspect pricing workload during/after each truck unload process
Audit merchandising and pricing events, including promotional/price graphic signing, for accuracy
Participate in all signing accuracy audits conducted by corporate partners as required
