About The Position

Stor All is looking for a reliable, high-energy Part-Time Associate to help manage our busy West Fifth location near the OSU Campus. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of sales, customer service, and active property management. You will be a key part of the team during our peak weekend hours, ensuring students, residents, and businesses receive exceptional service .

Requirements

• Must be able to work the set schedule: Friday, Saturday, Monday (9-6) and Sunday (1-5)
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Ability to walk the property daily and perform light cleaning tasks
• Excellent punctuality is a must, especially for opening and closing shifts
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Act as a storage consultant for our diverse customer base, helping them select the right units and essential moving supplies like boxes and tape
• Handle the full rental process for walk-ins and reservations, including lease explanations, insurance options, and digital paperwork
• Ensure the facility remains safe and welcoming by performing daily unit inspections and light maintenance (sweeping units, mopping, and debris removal)
• Manage the $150.00 store cash drawer, process payments, and prepare accurate daily bank deposits
• Assist with account updates and professional collection calls to ensure store accounts remain current
