About The Position
In this position, most of your day is spent being the last friendly face our clients see before they leave the dealership, when you accurately process payment for their service invoice. Your cheery persona also shines through the phone, when you answer our multi-line phone system and help direct our clients to the appropriate department or individual. Additionally, you assist our accounting team with various office duties as needed. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to spend most of your workday seated at a desk
