Each interaction with workshop participants, faculty and fellow staff members, creates the Omega experience. Part Time Staff: non-exempt, part-time; on average 21-28 hours per week. Reports to Assistant Director of People & Culture, and department Supervisors where work hours are assigned. This is a part-time position, 21-28 hours a week, depending on operational need. The day-to-day schedule varies, work on transition days (Friday and Sunday) frequently required. Split shifts may be assigned. Part Time Seasonal Staff live in tenting areas on Omega's campus. The individuals are assigned a platform that is tarped to provide rain coverage. Staff bring their own tent (no larger than 10x10).
