As a part-time Scheduler at ComForCare, you will assist with the scheduling and coordination of client services, manage staffing assignments, answer agency calls and text messages, ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations, and maintain confidentiality of client and employee information. Requirements

  • High school diploma or college degree
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Computer literate
  • A problem solver

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules for services requested by clients
  • Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees
  • Provide direction to caregiver employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs
  • Maintain adequate numbers of available on-call staff
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, respecting client and employee records
  • Other tasks as assigned
