About The Position

FASTSIGNS #132001 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! A Successful FASTSIGNS Sales Representative Will: Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective customers, creating a welcoming, professional, and energetic experience that builds trust and drives sales Confidently handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend solutions Build strong relationships quickly through excellent listening skills, clear communication, and a friendly, people-first approach Qualify leads, conduct consistent follow-ups, and convert inquiries into orders, with an expected conversion rate of 30–50% or higher Prepare accurate estimates, explain pricing and options clearly, and guide customers through the decision-making process with confidence Create and manage work orders, ensuring details are correct and projects move smoothly through production to on-time delivery Collaborate with vendors, production teams, and internal staff to coordinate materials, pricing, timelines, and quality standards Proactively problem-solve customer challenges, offering creative signage and visual communication solutions Participate in daily team meetings and support execution of sales, marketing, and business development plans Maintain organized records of customer interactions, estimates, and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and service Learn products, services, and processes quickly, demonstrating adaptability and a strong desire to grow sales skills Consistently deliver excellent customer service that turns first-time buyers into long-term, repeat clients Act as a goal-oriented, motivated, and driven sales professional who enjoys meeting targets, growing accounts, and contributing to overall revenue growth Do you enjoy working with people? Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
