Part-Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
DivaDance is looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented teammate to help us grow our dance fam! In this role, you’ll make sure every class is filled with new leads, sell and schedule two-week trial packages, and nurture those trial participants through their journey — from first class to full-on membership. You’ll also support lead follow-up through calls and checklists, help at tabling events, and be a key connector between our staff and our amazing new clients. 💃 This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on hitting goals, and is excited to bring the DivaDance energy to our growing community!
Responsibilities
- Book and manage leads for every class
- Sell and schedule two-week trials & guide participants to membership
- Do outbound calls and follow-ups to keep leads moving forward
- Support in-person engagement at classes (a few nights a week)
- Help create fun, welcoming, and well-prepped class experiences
