As a Sales Associate at Soho Sportstyle Store, you’ll bring the Salomon brand to life through approachable, authentic service, helping customers with product assortment and sizing. In this role, you will achieve set sales targets, efficiently complete assigned tasks, and proactively and positively collaborate with your team, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail or customer service, especially in high-volume environments.
• Natural curiosity, high energy, and positive outlook.

• Talent for identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect products, excelling at driving sales and exceeding targets.
• Background in customer service to handle any situation with grace and professionalism, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
• Knack for motivating and uplifting those around you, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic environment for both customers and team members.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Required to work Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving).
• Availability required from the second week of December through early January (return period window) for the Holiday Season.

• Problem Solver: Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
• Handle Challenges Professionally: Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
• Promote Security: Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organized, and inviting for customers.
• Transaction Confidence: Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Enhance Product Presentation: Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, ensuring excellence in product presentation at all times.
• Assist with Replenishment: Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed.
