About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Associate to join our team at 88 Tactical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Previous firearm knowledge preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance with their purchases
Process sales transactions using a computerized point-of-sale system
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with merchandise displays and restocking
Answer customer questions about products and services and provide information on promotions and sales
Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out the trash
Assist with receiving and stocking inventory shipments
Assist with other store duties as assigned
