We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our skilled nursing facility team. This role ensures that residents’ dietary needs are met in accordance with physician orders, regulatory standards, and individualized care plans. Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
• Licensed in the State of Ohio
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families
• Participate in care conferences as needed
• Oversee therapeutic diets and special dietary needs
