About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, hybrid remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who values work-life balance and needs scheduling flexibility (e.g., parents, semi-retired professionals, or those seeking reduced hours). You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing team across multiple Ohio locations.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency, in-house, or HR-related preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR tools
  • Must reside in or near the Dayton or Cincinnati, Ohio area for occasional in-person needs

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the HVACR industry or trades recruiting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles (warehouse, sales, administrative, technical, and management positions)
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms, company website, and industry-specific sites
  • Manage applicant tracking, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining positive candidate experiences
  • Stay updated on recruiting best practices and local labor market trends in the Dayton/Cincinnati area
