Requirements
- One year Recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficient in Google applications and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is ideal
Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors and HR Team to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Draft and post job advertisements on job boards and social media
- Source candidates using online databases, social media platforms, networking, and community outreach
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with Directors
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Directors
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening processes
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding paperwork when needed
- Lead recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and community hiring events
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
